Our Covid-19 Measures to keep you and your employees safe.

We are working to reduce the risk of transmission to the lowest level, by taking the following health and safety measures.
1. Cleaning your Equipment and appliances we Test.
After every inspection and test we will use disinfectant and/or isopropyl alcohol wipes. All surfaces we have touched during the inspection and test will be wiped down, this includes our own equipment before and after each working day.
2. Symptoms of Covid-19
New continuous cough, high temperature and a loss of taste and/or smell.
Customers will be required to disclose if anyone at the site of Inspecting and/or testing of equipment and appliances has had a fever or any other symptoms of Covid-19 or has been in contact with anyone displaying Covid-19 symptoms, suspected of having Covid-19 or has had a Covid-19 positive test result at least 24 hours before their booked service date. The booking will be cancelled without any consequences for either party and will be rescheduled.
If the PAT Tester, staff or the customer becomes unwell or suffers from the symptoms above 14 days prior to the session, both parties will inform each other immediately.
3. Self-monitoring
The PAT Tester/staff will monitor their temperatures before coming into the customers place of work/home.
4. Hand sanitising
We will use appropriate sanitising hand gels before entering the customers place of work and will be used prior to going into a different areas of the customers premisses.
5. Social distancing
We would advise you as the customer to make your colleagues/staff that we are coming so they are ready to vacate work areas when we need access, to reduce time spent in the same areas.
We will keep to 2-meter distancing as much as possible when carrying our PAT Testing. We agree that every effort will be made to always keep a 2-meter distance where possible.
6. Local lockdowns
We will adhere to instructions given by HM Government and Local Authority appertaining to our business regarding any local lockdown regulations issued and these local lockdown regulations will supersede previous Covid-19 Regulations where applicable.
7. Face coverings/PPE

If you would like JM PAT Testing to conduct PAT Testing on your business premises but not in your building/s for your employees who work from home the above procedure can be adapted to suit this by having set times for employees to arrive with the appliances and Inspection and Testing in the car park or your choice of location.
If this is a preferred option then JM PAT Testing will organise a schedule for your employees to attend, please contact JM PAT Testing for further information.
